HexacordEnsemble
Our repertoire was broad and ambitious, spanning from Baroque masterpieces to contemporary works, showcasing the ensemble's versatility and our commitment to both historical and modern interpretations.
The ensemble’s lineup included distinguished colleagues: Mauricio González, Josué Gutiérrez, Marco De Biasi, Alberto Spada, Andrea Andrian, Marina Valusso, Riccardo Sist, and Marco Crisafulli.
With HexacordEnsemble, we regularly performed at the International Guitar Festival of Friuli Venezia Giulia in Pordenone—directed by Pegoraro—and took center stage in major festival editions.
In 2007 , our artistic work was recognized with the Enrico Mercatali Chamber Music Prize for chamber ensembles at the Concorso Europeo Enrico Mercatali in Gorizia , and in 2011, with the first prize at the Cremona Mondo Musica Competition. These accolades marked a high point in our ensemble career, affirming both musical quality and interpretive coherence.
Working with HexacordEnsemble profoundly shaped my ensemble skills, teaching me the value of precision, listening, and stylistic awareness. I treasure this experience as a vital foundation for my ongoing devotion to chamber music.
